Dark and Delicious

Thanks to all the wineries, food partners, media, and consumers who came out to make Dark & Delicious a huge success on Thursday, February 8th. A special thanks to Rosenblum Cellars for the use of their facility for PS I Love You's first-ever Consumer Wine & Food Tasting

The Sixteenth Annual Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta

The Sixteenth Annual Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta occurred on September 27 through October 1, 2006. This year, P.S. I Love You held a seminar, and it was an outstanding event. In the history of the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta, this seminar had the largest participating audience. It was declared by event organizers that they placed over 1000 wine glasses on tables for those who would be part of this dynamic interchange between winery principals and attendees. It was lively and informative.
