Comments: Gustafson Family Vineyard is a family owned and operated vineyard of 19 acres, located in Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma County, at an elevation of 1,800 feet. The 4000 case family winery produces estate Petite Sirah, with its first vintage in 2006 (approximately 300 cases), in their 2007 (approximately 600 cases) will be released in 2009. Estate vineyard tours and tastings will be offered by appointment only, beginning in the spring of 2009. Wines are fermented in open top stainless steel with extended maceration, and aged in new and used French oak, receiving at least 18 month in barrels.
